About us
We are the premier youth and junior triathlon team in Katy, Tx and the west Houston high school composite triathlon team. We aim to provide the best quality of instruction and coaching for our athletes of all levels. Developing lifelong, well-rounded athletes is a top priority. The Fury Tri Team started officially in 2013 as the Fit and Fun Fury and has evolved over the past several seasons into a multi-level, official USAT club team. We have athletes just learning to swim and ride their bike without training wheels up to athletes racing in Youth and Junior Elite competition and ranking in the top 5 at Nationals. We offer team training options 11 months a year as well as an adult club and private training sessions. We also focus on athletes' development through our additional certifications and education to work with youth and junior athletes. Our goal is coaching them in developmentally appropriate ways to properly progress them into healthy young adults, as well as allowing them to work to reach their goals.

Junior Coaches
We also utilize some of our more experienced and older athletes as "junior coaches" under the guidance of our certified coaches. They happily help younger and less experienced athletes to learn the sport and build their skills. This promotes team building, allows the older kids to work on leadership skills while giving back to the sport, and motivates and inspires younger athletes. Please contact Coach Meagan if you are interested in helping as a Junior Coach.
